• Everything posted via social media (@sage_naturopathy) and on my website is not to treat / diagnose any health conditions. You must consult your primary health practitioner before making any changes to your diet, lifestyle or start supplementation. This information is to help educate you around health and is not medical advice.

Booking

• On booking you will receive an Initial Intake form and I require you to fill this out as truthfully as possible and sign the consent form at the bottom - By filling out this form you agree to all terms and conditions.

Payment

• Payment is taken via card through Square Pay

• I do not store any of your bank details

Consultations

• All consultations are run online via Cliniko

• Please note that you will not have to download any program prior to the consultation

• Please ensure you are in a safe quiet environment, away from distractions

• I have the right to end a consultation at any time If I feel unsafe or threatened.  

Cancellations

• If you cancel/reschedule your appointment within 24 hours, you will be required to pay a cancellation fee of 50% of the consultation price.

• If you do not show up for your consultation you will not be refunded for your consultation. 

Prescriptions

• If you experience any side effects from supplements / dietary advice please STOP taking them immediately and contact me at hello@sagenaturopathy.com / If it is an emergency please contact 000 Immediately.

• Only follow the recommended dosages and timings of supplements stated on the prescription.

• If supplements are prescribed I will create a patient account on Vital.ly. You will receive an email from them with your prescription and will be able to purchase directly from them. This will be then sent directly to your postal address.

• If any health conditions arise or change eg. medications/pregnancy you must contact us immediately.

• Sage Naturopathy isn’t responsible for any adverse health effects from dietary advice, supplements or lifestyle advice.

Referral 

• I am able to refer you to other practitioners if it is outside of my scope of practice.

• I am not able to diagnose any health conditions, I will refer you onto am appropriate medical professional.

• Sage Naturopathy are not medical practitioners, nor do they claim to be. If you have a serious medical condition or medical emergency, please seek medical advice from your doctor or hospital. Naturopathy and Nutrition performed by any practitioner do not replace individual medical care in any way, but instead represent a personal development opportunity, and not the diagnosis and treatment of an illness.

• I will be working with various mentors to improve my knowledge of cases therefore I will discuss cases outside the clinic - however no personal information such as Name, Address, email, or Phone will be discussed.

Terms & Conditions - Instagram Giveaway

1. Eligibility

1.1 This giveaway is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over.

1.2 Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of the Promoter are not eligible to enter.

1.3 By entering, participants confirm they meet the eligibility requirements.

2. Entry Period

2.1 The giveaway opens on 21st November 2015 and closes on 30th November 2025 at 12:00pm AEDT.

2.2 Entries received outside this period will not be accepted.

3. How to Enter

3.1 To enter, participants must:

• Follow @sage_naturopathy on Instagram

• Like the giveaway post

• Tag one or more friends in the comments

3.2 Each tagged friend constitutes one entry. Participants may enter multiple times by tagging different friends in separate comments.

3.3 Sharing the post to Instagram Stories provides one bonus entry (participant must tag @sage_naturopathy for entry to be valid).

4. Prize

4.1 The prize consists of:

• One (1) naturopathic consultation. Initial consultation for new clients (valued at $220) OR follow-up consultation for existing clients (valued at $150)

• One box of Sodii electrolyte sachets (valued at $68.90)

• Chief collagen protein (valued at $49.95)

• Koala Eco kitchen bundle (valued at $53.42)

• Mother SPF mineral sunscreen SPF 50 (valued at $52.00)

• Total prize value: up to $444.27

4.2 The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other goods/services.

4.3 The naturopathic consultation must be booked within 6 months of winner announcement and is subject to the Promoter's availability.

4.4 The consultation may be conducted in-person at Alpine Natural Health or via telehealth, subject to the winner's preference and the Promoter's professional discretion.

4.5 Products included in the prize are subject to availability. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute products of equal or greater value if necessary.

4.6 This giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, or affiliated with any brands listed above.

5. Winner Selection & Notification

5.1 One (1) winner will be selected randomly from all eligible entries on Sunday the 30th of Nov, 2025.

5.2 The winner will be announced on Instagram @sage_naturopathy and notified via Instagram direct message within 48 hours of selection.

5.3 The winner must respond within 7 days of notification to claim their prize. If the winner does not respond within this timeframe, the prize will be forfeited and a new winner may be selected.

5.4 The winner's Instagram handle may be published on @sage_naturopathy's Instagram account.

6. Prize Collection

6.1 Physical products will be posted to the winner's Australian mailing address at no cost to the winner.

6.2 The Promoter is not responsible for prizes lost, damaged, or delayed in transit.

6.3 The winner is responsible for arranging the naturopathic consultation appointment at a mutually convenient time.

7. Privacy

7.1 By entering this giveaway, participants consent to the Promoter collecting and using their personal information (Instagram handle, mailing address if winner) for the purpose of conducting the giveaway.

7.2 Personal information will be handled in accordance with Australian Privacy Principles and the Promoter's Privacy Policy.

7.3 Personal information will not be shared with third parties except as necessary to deliver the prize.

8. Health & Professional Disclaimers

8.1 The naturopathic consultation is a professional health service and does not constitute a doctor-patient relationship unless the winner becomes an ongoing client.

8.2 The consultation is subject to the Promoter's standard terms of service and professional obligations.

8.3 Naturopathic advice should not replace medical advice. Winners should consult with their GP regarding any health concerns.

8.4 The winner must disclose any relevant health information, medications, or conditions during the consultation to ensure safe and appropriate care.

9. Liability

9.1 To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter excludes all liability for any loss, damage, or injury suffered by participants in connection with this giveaway or the prize.

9.2 The Promoter is not responsible for any technical issues, including internet or Instagram platform failures, that may affect entries.

9.3 The Promoter accepts no responsibility for late, lost, misdirected, or incomplete entries.
